I am asking, and highly recommending Puerto Vallarta in council bluffs. Great food, great margaritas and a great and friendly staff. This place is more than just a hole in the wall- it’s an extremely rare gem! I have come to enjoy it so much that it is nearly impossible for me to enjoy any other restaurant in council bluffs! A place to get very good Mexican food in Council Bluffs. The service was very quick. The flavors were excellent. We would definitely recommend you try Puerto Vallarta if you are in the area.
