It usually takes forever to get your food after you've ordered it in the drive thru. Last time I was there I ordered a large shake and waited nearly 15 minutes to get up to the window and only 2 cars were ahead of me. Once I got to the window it took another 5 minutes to get my shake.
The lady that brought out our food to us was wonderful. It was the gentleman who was with her that came out and I said something about the tater tots tasty like it had old grease and he was rude, hateful, nasty and insisted, oh well, it's fresh, well, if it was fresh, they wouldn't have tasted old and stale.
Not sure what iylt is with this place in particular but the dude taking the order but we always seem to get the guy who sounds like he's having a bad day. No "Welcome to..." just starts with "what do you need", and "is that all?" after each item. Kinda poor really.
