I was welcomed in by a lady with purplish hair and she let me know that she would be right there to help as she was finishing an online order. A few minutes later, a redheaded lady came in from a smoke break and she had her son with her. The other employee told her that she wasn’t able to help me yet and she didn’t seem to care and took her time to come around the counter. The thing that really upset me is how she had her son BEHIND the counter with her while she was preparing the food. He is playing with a toy car on the food counter and getting in their way while they work. She asks him to then roll out a cart of bread dough for her. This little kid is maybe 10 years old… having your child at work with you is one thing, but asking them to DO your work is illegal.

After me and my Wife moved out here a year ago we tried all the restaurants in the area and narrodown the ones we ill regularly go to. This is by far the best Subway I've ever been too. My wife who usually prefers a different sub shop now lives Subway just because of this one. Shane is particularly a wonderful person. Who is always friendly and cordial when we come in. He really makes the atmosphere and restaurant the reason we want to come in.

I wanted to comment on the employee that helped me today, Shane. He was very friendly & pleasant. He made jokes, talked to you, & didn't make you feel like you had to rush to make your choices. He recommended what sauce to use (let me sample it first) & what would be best with my sandwich choice. Great service & sandwich was great. Thanks Shane! When I'm in the mood for a good sandwich again, I'll be sure to see if your bike is there, then I know I'll have someone Great to help me!!😀

I door dashed a sub to my wife and it was in pieces and the bread was barely there and falling apart more like a salad than a sub.

First and last time at this location. 3 staff and only one employee actually helping customers during the LUNCH RUSH. The employee that was helping would not stop talking and he could not make a sandwich while talking at the same time. He was just standing there talking while doing nothing to the order. I ran out of time on my break to even get any food. 4 people were in front of me when I got there and there were still 4 when I left. INSANE.

As i was sitting there eating my sandwich on my dinner break. Shane kept asking me if I needed anything else. Shane was also AMAZING while making my sandwich. He joked around with me, asked about my day, and always made sure to ask if i wanted light amount, regular amount, or extra for any and all of my toppings! I always try to go in while shane is working because it’s always an AMAZING experience.

I went in to this subway just a couple days ago and I wasn’t having a great day and as soon as I walk to the counter to order, the man helping me his name is Shane he was soooo nice and very up beat he turned my whole day around just super nice and friendly, made a great sandwich and left a smile on my face. I will continue to go to this subway just because of the great service he provided. This man deserves a raise!!!!!
