If I could give 0 stars I would. The inside is always super gross, tables filthy. Employees looked like they haven’t showered in months. I was talking to my s/o about what to order the lady kept cutting us off to just get the order over with. Mind you there’s no line,no online orders the place is dead. My s/o gets his sandwich she goes to cash him out he goes “she’s getting a Sandwich as well” she very rudely goes “I didn’t know she was getting a sandwich she wasn’t standing there” AS IF I WASN'T NEXT TO MY S/O the whole time. She proceeded to go sit in the back. No I didn’t order a sandwich nor will I be back too. Im usually a regular despite the grossness/unprofessionalism of this location.

Came in to order a salad, and I caught the employee as he was going outside. He came back and proceeded to make my salad; when I asked if he could cut up my salad, he said he couldn't because he didn't have the proper tools. I told him that I've come here before, and the others have just used a knife to cut up the meat and cheese. He did that, but not very well. You could tell he didn't want to. The ham looked questionable with its color. Also, they were out of croutons. Probably won't be coming back.

Toasted sandwiches are always soft and if you ask for extra veggies you end up with a normal amount. The employees are nice

Out of all subways I have went to located here in Council Bluffs I highly recommend coming to this location! The restaurant was clean, the manager and employees are always respectful and polite. They make you feel welcome and were very patient when it came to ordering a sandwich since I’m a very picky person. The bread wasn’t soggy, and the food is always fresh! Hands down the best location and all subways should be ran and trained like how Keith does himself!

Got my usual the beast sandwich here, not sure what they're doing different than my usual stop closer to home but the bread wasn't nearly as soggy as it can be sometimes. Had a great conversation with one of the employees there about old Nintendo games while I was waiting on a friend to get off work. Super friendly for a cowboys fan.
