I always get my order. Only a few times got the wrong soda. And once one item was wrong. But I called and they made it right.

Sign says there open at 6am. I pulled up at 6:10 and was told that their fryers were not hot enough to cook anything and it'd be about 10 mins. I tried to say okay no problem I'll just wait the 10 mins and was interrupted by the female worker and told I had to leave immediately or she would call the police. I then tried to ask the worker her name and was again cut off and informed she was on the line with the police. I said ok I'll talk to them when they get here. I weighed it out and just left. All I wanted was a burrito I wasn't rude or anything and even didn't mind waiting. McDonald's opens at 4 am and often can't take orders until 4:15 and I just wait patiently and scroll through my phone until they can take orders 10/27/25

It was BUSY BUSY in drive through so we went it for take out and it was packed inside. Whoever was running the front had double checked ALL orders as they were going out. It was well ran and they did an amazing job. They were very professional and nice as well

I rarely put a review online. Have been stewing on this for weeks. Went to West Broadway location in Council Bluffs IA about 6 weeks ago. Have been a loyal customer there for at least 30 years. Ordered Super Nachos for dine in.The chips were so stale I could not eat them. After trying 2 or 3, I took them back to the counter to the manager. He immediately became angry & told me they had just changed the Grease the night before & that was why they tasted stale. I said they weren't edible. He threw up his hands & yelled at an employee to make me something else & stomped off to the drive thru.Wow! That's how he treats people that have supported his business for years & never once before complained about anything? Done doing that! Won't go back!

Asking for extra sauce here is ridiculously difficult. Even when I specifically ask for green sauce and get told “I got you,” I end up with just two random packets — not even the one I requested. It’s honestly disappointing how hard it is to get something so simple right…2 times now. Guess I’ll take my business to the other places around in the future.

I stopped by Taco John's on 5/21/2025 and I walked through I've seen the two bathrooms how to order and it smells like stockyards in the building I did not want to put this on the reviews but you need to set the store down and get the bathrooms redone thank you

Get all the way home to find out that there's things that are missing. It shouldn't take you any longer than 510 seconds to double. Check the order. This is why you guys have a low rating you've lost my. Want to come back here when you can't get the order, right? How stupid I paid for that stuff? And you cheated me of it, and then when I call to talk to your manager, nobody picks up. I'm done with you guys.
