Taco John's hasn't been okay for awhile now. Every time we order from TJ, our order is missing items. We have to go through everything before we leave the location. If we don't, we have to call and go back to the location. If we order extra condiments, we pay for them, but never receive them. Our food is never correct. The workers are mostly rude. The drive thru workers shove food through the window and slam it shut without saying anything. We had to dispute charges with our bank after our card was charged 3 times for the same order. There is never any compensation for missing or incorrect food items and have to return to the store. I'm unsure of the new management. They are very lacking. Do better!

I walked in and stood at the counter for about 5 minutes all the while being looked at by the employees. I got excessive attitude when I was handed the water cup I came in for. Even the manager saw me standing there and did nothing. Horrible customer service skills.

I usually get something I didn't order instead of something I did, which is not helpful, especially when I doordash. I have to drive to the store for them to fix it which made the doordash order I paid for pointless.

Came here at 8:00 pm and didn't get our food until just now. Food was cold and side of nacho cheese looked nasty and smelled like mold
They made my order wrong today, and when I returned with the receipt and wrong order; they completely remade it no questions asked. Even gave me extra oles’ for the inconvenience. Awesome customer service.

Food order is always messed up I feel like i’m always missing at least one of my items. Up charged for wrong items. Customer service at this location absolutely sucks. This location was once my family and I’s favorite but it turned to trash about a year ago. My mother got cussed at by an employee when she confronted her that she put in the order wrong a couple months ago. I just seen a Facebook post about mold in their shells and an employee mentioning it was a problem they’ve had. ? I’ve given this location SEVERAL chances but I refuse to go here again. If you are to go to taco johns I recommend the E Broadway location it’s cleaner and friendlier.
