You get rid of your best employee for no reason. She had one write up for calling in extra help when they were short on people. An asst. manager should be able to do that anyway.
Ordered on DoorDash at 8:10pm order was confirmed at 8:11pm. Order was cancelled at 8:19pm because “the store was closed and could not fulfill order”. Called store to find out what time they close. Was told “depends on the night”. I asked about tonight and was told 10pm. Per the website they’re were taking DoorDash orders till 8:30pm so it was still within the “open” time frame. Asked why my order was cancelled then. Was told they had not gotten any DoorDash orders....read full review
Went through the drive-thru and ordered a large combo meal and an additional small fry. I specifically ordered the extra small fry because they don't fill the large up like it should be anymore. it's not even half full usually. After a 15 minute wait in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me, I get my food and get all the way home to realize my additional fry is not in the bag at all. Also, my "Large" fry is hardly a large. Very upset.
