While McDonald's food has never been my forte, I do enjoy their expresso drinks and shakes. My husband and daughter order food from there weekly and and while mistakes happen because we are people, they go above and beyond to make it right, whether offering to remake the order correctly right then or credit your money to make up for anny issues the visit.
