“I drive school busses for the Urbandale School District. I had a trip to drive July 2nd, where I took the varsity softball team out toward the Adel area to play a double header. For me, it was way too hot to stay and wait 6 hours for the games to play, so I sought out a place to sit in the air and have lunch till time to go. Usually it's Kum and Go but after finding the one in town center didn't have a sitting area followed by calling over 6 other places in Adel they didn't have close parking space for a school bus it wasn't looking good. Then, through Google, I stumbled upon Family Fun Center. I called, and Ms Mindy answered the phone. What a great person! Totally invited me to come up and have my wait out time there. She was there by herself till about 330/4 when a nice young man came into work. Ms. Mindy was wonderfully sweet, completely took care of me, and never once made me feel like I was wearing out my welcome. The bowling alley was very nice, clean and well kept. The food, as you can see by pics, was delicious. The lanes were maintained, and there's even a shaved ice stand just outside, too! Thanks so much, Mindy, for extending your hospitality. This over heated bus driver entirely enjoyed it and the food!“

“My lunch today at Saints Pub in Waukee, with two dear friends, was truly wonderful. My blackened salmon was tender and fabulous, and our server, Gerardo, was very helpful and attentive. Being able to relax on the patio on such a beautiful day was the cherry on top. We'll definitely be back!“

“Took my 15 month old to have breakfast and check out the play area. They have 4-10 area and an under 4 play area. My little guy loved being able to climb around the toddler area and try out the slide. He was able to take a couple of tumbles without actually getting hurt as the area has padded flooring. We will definitely be back!“

“Okay as far as greasy IHOP food goes, this place was pretty good. I was amazed to see how modernized it was and on top of that, how clean it was. Food was good for what it is. Service was pretty on point, restrooms were clean ? and we found lots of free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu and coloring pages
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible spaces, entry and layout.“

“Pretty good. I don't know how, but they have managed to make a quarter pound of beef seem like an eighth. LOL. I have never seen a thinner patty in my life.
Yet, the taste is there. Combo meal with fries and added a turtle sundae. Total was $14.50 or so. They make a good sandwich.
Pop machine was out of ice and ketchup container was empty. No problem. Staff addressed both when they were told.
Clean space and everyone was wearing a smile. Culvers seems to be good at finding those staff that will smile!“

“Where do I start... we were looking for a locally owned restaurant and landed on trying out Five Points in Dallas Center. Short drive from Grimes and located this gem in the heart of the town. We were warmly welcomed and quite at home. TJ assisted us and we could not.of been better taken care of. I had the Frankenstein dip which had smoked pork and yes, smoked cream cheese on what had to be a locally sourced bun. it was so amazing. Full of flavor. my husband had the rueben and he said it was one of the best he has ever had. We tried the Mac and cheese and the onion rings as our sides... both amazing. I failed to mention our hand shaken drinks... I had a mojito (they picked the mint from their plant right in front of us) and a lovely margarita. Take the short drive and visit them soon. We will be back!“
