If the owner/vendor had to sit and twiddle his thumbs unpaid for half an hour, I guarantee there’d be some miraculous improvements. But instead, the attitude seems to be: Not my problem.
Well, here’s the thing—it is your problem when people start avoiding your store because the word is out. If multiple Dashers are warning each other to steer clear, that’s not bad luck; that’s a bad business model. Either fix it or watch people take their money and their service elsewhere.
Ps . Just to clarify for Jay, my complaint was about how you run your business and the ridiculously slow service. If your skin is that thin, I can only assume this isn’t the first time you’ve heard it. A 10-minute wait might be reasonable if I were a walk-in customer, but you got that order long before I arrived—so now we’re looking at closer to 20 minutes. Even DoorDash let me unassign it without affecting my rating.
Reviews exist so people can share their experiences—good, bad, or in this case, painfully slow. So maybe stop clutching your pearls like a 1930s housewife and take the feedback like a grown-up. Don’t worry that will be my first and last pick up 🤣

While I really love the coffee at this place, the customer service experience I received here was not only hostile and rude, but flat out disrespectful. I ordered a hot drink online but my card didn't go through so I reordered it with the girl working the register. The short brunette making the coffee calls my name and hands me a cold drink. I apologize telling her I didn't know it standardly came in cold. Instead of being friendly and understanding about it she gave me the most disgusted face and just looked away not even being courteous to me. I've never felt such a negative vibe from any coffee place I've gone to. To top it off when she calls my name for the correct order she puts my drink in a puddle of spilled coffee. Unbelievable!!! Also from past visits she never says you're welcome after you thank her for her service. Some people should not be in customer service. I don't care how good your coffee making skills are. How you treat a customer reflects everything on you... Sadly I don't think I will be returning.

I liked the place. The coffee wasn't my favorite, and it took a bit too long to get attention from a server. But it was comfortable and welcoming and not too crowded. I got some work done, which was Why I went there to begin with. The music is too loud for phone calls.

Consistently amazing lattes and hot coffee. They make their own syrups, and they use coffee from Brandywine, an incredible roastery with lots of funky coferments and single origins. It's a fantastic place, whether you are a coffee snob or just want a nice espresso tonic.
Parking: There are two locations in the quad cities, the downtown one is our favorite.

I reeeallly want to give this place 5 stars, but have to give it 4, based on the employee knowledge and price of the drink.
Considering I paid close to $10 for a small latte, I expect the employees to be trained on the ingredients in their drinks. The girl who helped me was nice, but initially made an incorrect assumption about the ingredients. I was lucky the supervisor/manager was knowledgable and informed me of what should be removed from my latte so I could drink it. For that price, I expect staff to be fully trained on common allergies and what their products contain.
That said, I love this place! Cute vibe and the coffee is amazing. I look forward to visiting in the future.

Rosemary is not for pregnant people, mistakes should not be made when correcting staff no rosemary. Some people are hyper sensitive to these things and it throws their body in to intense cramping. Maybe some pregnant people can have this and have good effects while others deal w the fact rosemary can cause intense uterine contractions and miscarriages.

Stopped in today looking for a smoothie. Ended up leaving with both a smoothie and an iced latte. Very cute place, great atmosphere for either solo or groups! Extremely pleasant staff, even when I was order 10 minutes til closing. I am bummed that I was too full to order food because everything on the menu looked great. It was a wonderful experience and I plan to be back next time I'm in town! Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Even had some recommendations! Cute cafe with energy, tea, and coffee drinks available - plus food and pastries. I ordered a quinoa protein power bowl with turkey, avocado, greens, and balsamic drizzle. There is plenty of seating and space in the cafe. The bathrooms are unique, so be sure to check that out during your visit.

This is my 2nd time coming. The first time they burned my toast and took like 20min to fix it. Then today.. the bread was rock hard my order was half wrong and my drink… well that was never made at all. This is the 2nd time this location has failed me. I will still to the other location. They pay attention and the order is always right.
