“The review says, "what can I recommend about Duck City"...The answer to that, is everything. There is not one thing on the menu not worth getting. The Chef greets you, checks in on you. The wait staff is so attentive. Drinks were refilled, bread and butter kept coming. My meal was as if God robed himself in flesh and plated my meal. I cannot understand how the food tastes the way it does, because I can assure you, nothing I make at home ever tastes like what I have had at Duck City. I was also surprised that the cheesecake was only $6! It was delicious. Usually we don't get dessert because we hate spending another $10-$15 but for $6, it truly was the cherry on top of an already perfect meal. The atmosphere is so laid back, kind of an eclectic use of decor. This is THE best restaurant in the QC, no competition. I just. I can't say enough about this place. If you live in the Quad Cities, you have to go at least once.”

They ran out of chicken and Mac n cheese and was still near 2.5 hours to be open. But overall the food was really good .Kyleigh and the manager personally came over and apologized for no Mac n cheese and did find some along with some chicken thanks Bill “manager” and Ms Kyleigh for everything see u next time. “Went here once while visiting davenport with my mom, I kept asking Everytime to stop and get lunch and she said no, finally, went with two friends and their kids, the high chairs were clean and easy to figure out, and have wheels on them so we didn't have to carry them, very fast service from the cashier's and it didn't take long to get our food, I even went up to order another dubble bacon cheese burger with two lemon cakes (that were really good) to go and even to go was great, and momma T was very sweet and happy to help out anyways she can, from what I see. Her a long with everyone made the experience the best of the best, I will always come back when I go to davenport.”

“This is the 3rd Los Amigos the owner opened in the Quad Cities and all have the same menu. The house salsa is a mild salsa made fresh daily and has a great flavor to it. The horchata was very good. My wife always gets the Steak Fajitas with flour totillas and I'm for the Carnitas with corn tortillas. At this new place, we went for Steaks. The chopped ribeye was good and well seasoned. The Carne Asada was 2 good cuts, but not really seasoned or marinated. The salsa made up for that.The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's new and clean. It does share a building with a gas station, but many of the best Mexican, TexMex, and BBQ places do.”

“My husband and I were so excited to find an arcade bar! I will say the initial impression we got was a bit confusing. There was no signage or employees letting you know how to get our quarters to play any of the machines. So we ended up having to wait in a very very long line at the bar just to get our quarters to play. Once we got started, the games were pretty fun. A few of them were out of order which is to be expected. There was an adult birthday party there during the time we went which was around 11 PM on a Saturday, so they really took over most of the arcade and most of the games for a long period of time we will definitely try again next time.”

Everyone ordered their food and even though we all ordered one after the other our orders did not come out in order and others got their food before we did making it so we were waiting on some of of our group to receive their food while others had finished theirs.Now, the food. We ordered garlic knots and El Gringo calzone. I cannot wait to eat there again because this calzone was SO good. One was big enough for 2 adults to share. I forgot to order it with no tomato but even that didn't affect my usual taste preference. “My wife & I celebrated my 50th birthday here at Red Lobster, we were seated quickly our waitress greeted us and took our order quickly. She had a trainee with her on his second day. They were both friendly, keeping our drinks filled and making sure we had everything we needed. During our meal, she commented that we looked nice (we dressed up for dinner.) and asked if we were celebrating anything special. My wife told her our birthday and she offered a birthday dessert! It was so very thoughtful, and the service was top-notch, we will come back again.”

We are just lucky these days to have a place to go to eat all you can eat crab legs anymore these days. All the poor reviews for this place is crazy to me the were hundreds of families coming in tonight and everyone of them left with a smile on there face and i didnt see one person that was upset. Anyways great place hope it doesn’t go away with the rest of the buffets have that offer all you can eat crab legs. The happy guy behind the crablegs made our night too by the way. The turkey leg was mouth-watering, the smoked mac-n-cheese unique in an amazing way, and the brisket was so tender it practically melted, but held its form in a fork…I don’t know how they did that. And finally, the collard greens with their hint of acidity offered the perfect balance to the sweetness of the barbecue flavors elsewhere. Bon appétit!”

“The music is way to Loud. The noise was horrible. You couldn't hear conversations at our table because of the loud noise. We spent over $100.00 and we should've been able to talk to one another but couldn't because of the loud music. We had a cousin lunch there one Tuesday and we had to ask them to please turn music down and the gal did. I don't understand why you have to have it so loud. Hard on ears. I've been to places for dinner and they have soft music. I probably won't be back if you continue the loud music. I think it's disrespectful.”

New Restaurants
“This is the 3rd Los Amigos the owner opened in the Quad Cities and all have the same menu. The house salsa is a mild salsa made fresh daily and has a great flavor to it. The horchata was very good. My wife always gets the Steak Fajitas with flour totillas and I'm for the Carnitas with corn tortillas. At this new place, we went for Steaks. The chopped ribeye was good and well seasoned. The Carne Asada was 2 good cuts, but not really seasoned or marinated. The salsa made up for that.The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's new and clean. It does share a building with a gas station, but many of the best Mexican, TexMex, and BBQ places do.”
“The Tempura is the best I have had since I came back to Davenport in 2008. The coconut shrimp appetizer is best I have ever had, sauce very flavorful. And On Sundays only, they give everyone this amazing dessert on the house! Super tasty. My table ordered the Garrison Eggs (deviled eggs with lobster) and the Goat Cheese Bruschetta for appetizers and we were very pleased with both. I’m usually a steak person but the Whiskey Apple Pork Chop entree got my attention and I’m so glad I ordered it! It was perfection! I ended up going there the next weekend and ordered the same thing.Staff - The staff was welcoming and our table was ready when we arrived. I had the same server both times. For the first visit, she was pretty talkative with the table next to us. I almost think she didn’t see us and that’s why it took a little while to get drinks. Other than that, the service was outstanding.Ambience - I do wish the music matched the decor more. Also, I wish the lights were turned down a little bit more for dinner. They have a nice setup but the music and bright lights didn’t fit the theme they look like they are trying to be known for.”
