Update I did msg them as well cuz we all have bad days and I like to give an opportunity to be better for the next one. He is refunding our meal and giving us a free meal of the same items today he was going to bring new ones to us last night but we were in town for a concert. So i appreciate the huge effort to make this right and look forward to dinner today

We had Ganzo’s cater our monthly employee lunch. We are pretty close in location! The food arrived hot and ready to eat. We really enjoyed all the taco options. Burritos too! Thank you!
My husband and I love Ganzo's, but in the last year, their customer service has very much declined. I have ignored it and let it go many times, but tonight was ridiculous. I called in an order for pick up, and when my husband got there to pick it up, there was nowhere for him to park because they blocked off the parking lot to get ready for Cinco de Mayo.
