“I came here on 8-14-2026 at about 10:15 PM. I ordered a big beef and large fry! My meal was amazing! Fries fresh out the fryer nice and crispy and the big beef was 10 out of 10! Ate the whole meal in the car and the manager came out and offered me a free dessert! I had to pass too stuffed from the big beef! Tonight was a 10 out of 10 for portillos!“

“This particular Culver's on Jersey Ridge is more of the exception of all the Culver's where I've dined.
The women's bathroom was dirty and the trashcan was overflowing. The cashew salad that was ordered had no cashews. I was handed a cup of cashews after I complained. The soda fountain area had run out of regular lids (both chutes) although someone came by a little later and filled them up.“

She was exceptionally kind, incredibly patient, and didn't make us feel uncomfortable for a single second. Customer service like that is hard to find—she truly made our evening! She was amazing!!! “Haven't been to an Arby's in years but stopped into this Brady street location for dinner and was thrown off on how great the service was! I'm not being funny here, it was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed as we walked in the door. Had no idea they have burgers now and it was pretty good! Most fast food places won't even ask what you would like to order and don't even want to interact with you. That's all customers want. To not feel like being a burden just because we walked through the door. Much appreciated!“

“This is by far the best Taco Bell in the Quad Cities. (Brandon) took our order and was the friendliest, most helpful drive up voice/person ever. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful he is. Pulled up to pay and the young man was very pleasant. Cordial, polite. Absolutely the best drive through experience I have ever had. Fast, courteous service, efficient and friendly. “The restaurant is in a food court in the mall. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The only negative is they now charge .89 a container for the hot sauce. Kind of nickeling and dining your customers! And, 50 cents for refills.

“After some back to school shopping, the whole family was craving a meal! We stopped by our favorite chikfila for a positive experience as always. My mother loves how friendly the staff always is, the food is always hot, fries are seasoned perfect, and the portions are great! We even got to meet Ethan and he told us how he traveled all the way across America to run this awesome store. Run, don’t walk, to this chikfila next time you’re at north park mall!“

“Food was not hot. Cheese not melted. Potatoes not very full. It looked like they dragged the same nasty rag over all of the tables and streaks were all over them. I would have felt completely different but, the tables were not clean. Pure laziness...“

“Food is some of the better Chinese around here when its fresh but customer service is lacking. No specials and I asked if they had anything coming out hot and the lady serving me said no and twenty seconds later the chef brings out a fresh batch of Kung pan. I got the 1 entree bowl and felt kind of ripped off for the amount of food you get and you don't get an appetizer. 5 stars because of cleanliness and the food tho.“

Spacious booths and plentiful seating. Clean bathrooms with nice-smelling soap! Wish they had a changing table but everything else was great!“
