“The food was great, it was way better than a fast food restaurant. The food tasted healthy, instead of just a burger with cheese, I got a burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, ketchup, and mayo! The service was nice aswell, our food came super fast, and an employ got our trash off the table for us. The atmosphere was pleasant, no one was loud or disruptive, the music was nice, and so was the wall art! Would love to come again.“

“This particular Culver's on Jersey Ridge is more of the exception of all the Culver's where I've dined.
The women's bathroom was dirty and the trashcan was overflowing. The cashew salad that was ordered had no cashews. I was handed a cup of cashews after I complained. The soda fountain area had run out of regular lids (both chutes) although someone came by a little later and filled them up.“

“I have to share an experience i had with this store.
I placed an online order and inadvertently selected pickup instead of delivery. Since there is no provision to cancel the order anywhere on the website, I called them.
Robin answered the call, l asked if there was a way to change the order to delivery but the answer was no. Robin, in a fit of providing EXCELLENT service, went all the way to their district ops manager and arranged for a credit.
Robin proceeded to help me get a new order and get it delivered. This was, again, excellent service. But it gets better.
When the order arrived, the driver left the food and was walking away when I noticed 1 drink had not been delivered. So what did the driver do? She apologized and went back to get the drink. Not only did she bring the drink, which was great, she brought 2 Church's too. Again an excellent recovery for Taco John's.
And finally, after and hour had passed, what did I get, a follow up call from Robin. She called to let me know the credit had been put in and to make sure the order was correct and if we enjoyed it.
12 out of 10 points to Robin, the driver and Taco John's on Kimberly Road in Davenport IA.

“This is by far the best Taco Bell in the Quad Cities. (Brandon) took our order and was the friendliest, most helpful drive up voice/person ever. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful he is. Pulled up to pay and the young man was very pleasant. Cordial, polite. Absolutely the best drive through experience I have ever had. Fast, courteous service, efficient and friendly. “The restaurant is in a food court in the mall. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The only negative is they now charge .89 a container for the hot sauce. Kind of nickeling and dining your customers! And, 50 cents for refills.

Should a six pack and a pound, plus a drink really be $27?“

“I don't think you're meant to eat there. At least I never do. I just order and go home with my food, which means the experience of service and atmosphere is limited. But I like the food, and there's never been any issues with the service.“

“I love that this Culver’s is located right across from Discount Tire. It was so convenient to just walk over and grab some food while my tires were being swapped out.

“Food is some of the better Chinese around here when its fresh but customer service is lacking. No specials and I asked if they had anything coming out hot and the lady serving me said no and twenty seconds later the chef brings out a fresh batch of Kung pan. I got the 1 entree bowl and felt kind of ripped off for the amount of food you get and you don't get an appetizer. 5 stars because of cleanliness and the food tho.“
