As a fellow business owner, I appreciate amazing customer service and having customers feel seen and informed; which is exactly what I experienced after my first visit to a Jersey Mikes. Plus, our sandwiches were delicious. Didn’t realize what I was missing out on and I’ll definitely be back!“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“One of my favorite Culver's locations. I have only had them mess up my order a handful of times (and I've been there probably hundreds of times) and they've always made it right. Usually it's something small like they forgot the cheese sauce. Just check your bag before you leave and you'll be fine. The employees are nice and the service is quick especially if you order on the app. Food is almost always piping hot. The only negative is I think sometimes they could afford to leave the onion rings in the fryer for another 30 seconds or so! :)“

“Brittany at the McDonald’s on 53rd is hands-down the best. Every single time I pull through the drive-thru, she greets me with a laugh, a big smile, and genuinely great energy that makes my day better. She always hooks my dog up with a puppy cup, which never goes unnoticed and means a lot.

It’s immediately clear that Brittany is a natural leader. If you’ve ever managed employees before, you’d recognize right away that she’s someone who helps a business grow and thrive. With the right tools and resources, she would do absolute wonders — honestly, I could see her owning or running a place like this one day. She treats customers right and runs things like a well-oiled machine.

“I "used the app to skip the line", however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.“

“I want to give a Big shout out to Burger King in Bettendorf. My son lost his game system there a couple months ago and this week told us where he lost it. Thinking a slim chance it would still be there I took a chance and called and to my surprise it was there! “I am obsessed with the new Cantina menu at Taco Bell—it is a total game-changer! This location always gets my order right, and the food is consistently fresh. I’m a huge fan of the Chicken Chalupa and the Doritos Locos Taco, but these new options have definitely taken things to the next level. 5 stars for fast service and great flavors!“

“I came in to order at the counter because I’m just old school like that. Dawn waited on me and she was very friendly and helpful with taking my order. Any time I order from this Pizza Hut location my order and food is done perfectly!
I highly recommend this location with a 5 star approval.“
