“I've been stopping in maybe once every 2 weeks for about a year now and every single person has been friendly and attentive. I can't comment on anything outside of baked potatoes, but those have all been great. Not a single issue so far. I also have to imagine with people this friendly that if there ever was an issue, they'd be willing to fix it.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free? Stick with the baked potatoes. While I miss the waffle fries with cheese, the same frying oil is used for cheese curds, so this would introduce cross-contamination to the fries. The chips used for the tato taco seem to be safe as well, but please use your own judgement.“

“Service was great. I was greeted immediately by workers. They were ready for me as a walk in with the drive thru packed. Now to the guy in back training new employee i assume. Super patient respecful. Need more people like this in this world. Good for this place. I understand its fast food but man I was 100% impressed.“

“This is the best subway I have ever eaten at. We had lunch there today and the staff was so friendly and they even cut up the vegetables for my protein bowl. I haven't had that done at a different subway. Cudos to this subway and the staff gets 10 stars!!!“

“Grandkids asked to have lunch here so why not on a boring rainy day? Service was above and beyond. Exceptionally kind and helpful. My only complaint was what I'm hoping was a beard hair or someone with shorter kinky hair and nothing else. Either way, gross. I didn't return because I lost my appetite and was enjoying the grandkids anyway. Fast food is always a roll of the dice, we know that going in.“

“The food was great, it was way better than a fast food restaurant. The food tasted healthy, instead of just a burger with cheese, I got a burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, ketchup, and mayo! The service was nice aswell, our food came super fast, and an employ got our trash off the table for us. The atmosphere was pleasant, no one was loud or disruptive, the music was nice, and so was the wall art! Would love to come again.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“
