“I ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms. When the Pizza Hut staff handed me the order (carry out), they informed me that they were not happy with the pizza and asked me to wait for them to make another one. The problem seemed to be that there was a normal amount of mushrooms and not the extra I had paid for. I had not even seen the pizza at this time. I agreed to wait and they whipped out a new one with the appropriate amount of mushrooms. The attendant gave me the first pizza as compensation for the wait time. Overall it was a great experience; not only because I received an extra pizza, but mainly because the attendant took ownership of the mishap. Thank you Pizza Hut for caring for your customers!“

After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.

Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE

I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.

Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.

I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’

No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.

To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.

The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.“

“Food was great my order was correct and came out fast. That being said I did have a couple issues when I came here.

1. Went I went through the drive through I was told by the staff that a receipt would be in the bag with my food. It was not which is unfortunate as I cant get reimbursed by work with out it.

2. There was no straw for my drink as well. Not a major deal as I was able to drink it by taking off the lid. But it still was a but annoying.

Overall experience was good and I will come back in the future.“

“We come here often on Wednesdays before church! I love how quick it is, and I also love the variety of food choices. There are healthy choices and there are, not so healthy choices. We love them all! Also, Culver’s has extra delicious root beer, if you’ve never had it, make sure to get some on your next visit!“

“I love Culver's Concrete Mixers especially the Heath Bat mixer. I received a free coupon for Culver's Cheese Curds. Thought would try them. Honestly there's nothing to wright home about. I love cheese curds but these are not so great personally I wouldn't bother unless you're willing to dip them in a lot a lot of sauce.“

“1st was, I got to pull forward out the drive thru to make me think your cooking 2 fish sandwiches fresh. nope. 3 min drive home and cold. 2nd, I recommend you come in and see the two inch height advantage the TV version has on the one you sell other places. I call those fish a stamped fish Patty like McDonald's has but 1.25oz bigger. but I'm good lesson learned, try the day crew next. still love the meats!“

but I absolutely love this place and will be back! Rustic/industrial ambiance, amazing staff! Specialized drink menu (which I get the feel changes often...a plus for me🤷) we got the cheese curd appetizer...which was delicious 🤤...I had the pub burger (which I loved) but they had many signature burgers that ALL looked amazing...) definitely coming back and trying others...then the dessert/shake menu was absolutely BEYOND!!! We were too full to try, but I saw a few go by to other tables...O.M.G. I literally moved to the area YESTERDAY... and I absolutely 💯 will be back. One day just for the cheese curds..
😊... one day for a shake/dessert...and many days for the signature burgers...they DO have other things on the menu...(I'm definitely a burger kinda gal) So I didn't explore that too much...based on what I did have...I am certain all is delicious. I wholeheartedly believe you won't be disappointed...and quite possibly it will become a GO TO...“

“I really appreciate this guy putting extra Oreo in my McFlurry! So many McDonald’s are stingy with McFlurry toppings and just have a little bit mixed up on top then it’s all just vanilla ice cream. Price was slightly high end for this fare but not unreasonable in today's cost climate.

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! “Excellent sandwich, been quite awhile since I visited this location, Sandwich was much smaller than the ones from the past, used to have to hold it with 2 hands, upsize on price but downsize on bread. Smaller bread smaller amount of ingredients.“

“Food is pretty consistent which is good, better quality than most local Chinese places. I've never experienced any rudeness from staff and I probably eat there at least 3 times a month. Sometimes there is a wait but I'm willing to wait for fresh food (10-15) minutes, but most of the time its quick.“

“Feels like a corporate cookie cutter image but not necessarily a bad way they keep up on the condiments and cleaning very well and the staff is always so friendly and helpful I can't stress enough how much better it is comparatively to some of the other facilities that I'll visit. The food is usually always on point and quick turnaround times“

“The woman working tonight was amazing, she was so sweet and made my sandwich perfectly, just how I asked. It was really close to closing time and she had a long line but her attitude did not change once. She was polite to everyone, She wore gloves and changed them when needed, & she made me a delicious sandwich!!
