As a fellow business owner, I appreciate amazing customer service and having customers feel seen and informed; which is exactly what I experienced after my first visit to a Jersey Mikes. Plus, our sandwiches were delicious. Didn’t realize what I was missing out on and I’ll definitely be back!“

“I "used the app to skip the line", however, when I arrived at the assigned time, they had not even started the order I had already paid for. I watched them make several people's orders while I stood and waited for them to complete mine. They offered me a free drink for the wait.“

“Ordered online. Order was ready when I arrived 5 minutes early. They’re always fast here and the sandwich is always good. Today, they put the lid and straw for my drink inside my cup next to my sandwich. Gross. Who knows who handled that straw. I don’t believe it’s a requirement to wear gloves while stocking wrapped straws. Another customer’s dirty hand could have touched that straw while grabbing one for themselves. Just gross. Also, there were no tomatoes on my sandwich. I double checked my order to make sure I was supposed to get them, and I was.

Must ask - what is the point in offering g to select “light” for ingredients if it’s gonna be ignored. Ordered again today and selected light mustard and light banana peppers but my sandwich is drowning in mustard and it had 10 banana peppers (6”). It’s nice that they get the food ready very quickly, but I’d rather them slow down a bit and have the correct food.“

“Jimmy John’s never fails to impress, especially with their Beach Club Unwich. It’s consistently amazing—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Whether I’m grabbing it for a quick lunch or a snack on the go, it’s always just perfect.

Beyond the food, the staff deserve a big shoutout. They’re always super friendly, welcoming, and impressively fast. It’s clear they take pride in delivering great service, making every visit a pleasant experience.

“Placed an online order figuring it would be busy due the to tournament at TBK. Ava was so efficient handling the in store customers and online orders making sure to greet every customer walking in. I was very impressed with her due to her great attitude during a busy time I didn’t mind the fee minutes waiting for my online order.“
