It’s always a turnoff at certain Subway locations when there are signs posted inside saying they will not take coupons, even when distributed through the local Sunday newspapers. However: there is a hack… if you want to use a coupon, order through the app and you can use the coupon code on the coupon. And yes, the hack did work at this location.Only one employee working, probably could have used two on the shift.“

“This is now one of our favorite places to visit. We have tried several things on the menu & everything was fresh & delicious. The staff is always friendly.“

“We went at about 7PM on a Monday (CAT employees get a free drink with their meal on Mondays if they show their ID). The service was very personable and professional and the sandwiches were very good. I’m not typically a fan of hot subs but I loved these! I think it was a little overpriced but the free drink balanced it out.“

“I like this location. So far Everytime I've walked in, no matter the staff member they were friendly, inviting, and professional. I know some locations are hit or miss, and I'm sure everyone has different experiences, but this location so far is the best in the city.

“I stopped going here years ago and went to Bellevue's Subway just because of there customer service and management. Now I don't even need to because the manager at that store took over Bartonville. Needless to say some of the old employees are there, but I can see the change happening and it's wonderful for our community. I have high hopes for our Subway under Emilees guidance. I am OCD about how I like my food and I never really complain out loud but you made my sandwich the way I would make my sandwich.
