“The food is great, but I’ve been especially impressed by the service, specifically the manager, Suzzette, as well as the server, Russelle. They are so friendly, willing to explain any questions, and always get the order exactly right. Russselle actually knows my voice in the drive through and knows the exact extras I want. When I have gone inside, I’m always impressed how they are so willing to assist their fellow employees. If all restaurants had employees like these, it would be a huge benefit for that business.“

“We come her every so often and usually everything is good, this tine was good i got the new spicy chicken sandwich it was really good, but i also ordered a beach club and had it for lunch the next day and was missing the turkey. But over the food was good.“

“This 5 star review goes out to Dylan and only Dylan. The pain was worse than usual today. It’s bad everyday that’s just what it’s like living with a chronic illness, but today was especially horrible. I threw up before work, my levels were high all night, and I woke up feeling more nauseous than usual. I didn’t get to eat either. My chronic illness decided that for me. I got to work and it’s 11am my lunch starts at 4 today. I stay until 9:30pm I get to 3:30 and I anticipate eating. I make an order online. And start my lunch at 4. But it happened again. My levels drop dramatically. It must’ve been from being unable to eat the morning of. I’m in so much pain I vomit in the work bathroom. This is supposed to be a break but who am I to get a break with this disease? I spent my lunch in agonizing pain. Unable to pick up my order, I take a 15 min break and call an hour after. I’m met with the general manager he sounds like a Middle Aged guy. I explain my situation, he calls me “boss” and handles everything unsympathetically and with extreme neglect. He doesn’t offer a refund or even a coupon for a free drink. But that’s okay that’s just 10 more dollars wasted alongside the hundreds of medical bills I go through every month. I wish I was a normal person but i’m not, and my experience crushed that wish even more. I revisit the day after which was today. I make a new pickup order and everything is okay. I go there and describe the situation the day before to Dylan. He was extremely sympathetic, caring, and understanding of my situation. He expresses empathy professionally towards my condition and completely resolves my situation. Dylan. Thank you so much for making me feel normal today. You made my usually painful day a little less painful.“

“I give steak and fries a 5 star in all categories, there is a reason they have been here soo long, thats because the friendly quick service and one of t he best bang for your buck. I got the 7 inch steak with fries and everything on it. Was only $15. I highly recommend if you never tried steak n fries, you have to at least once.“

“This is now one of our favorite places to visit. We have tried several things on the menu & everything was fresh & delicious. The staff is always friendly.“

“The people that have waited on us had way better attitude than the one closest to our houses. There was plenty of meat & the vegetables looked way better though it is hard to tell with vegetables until you cut into them. That was the problem at the one closest to us very little meat, no bread, or the vegetables were terrible.“

“It's been awhile since I've been in this subway it looks like they had gotten a nice remodel. I noticed that it was very clean and the veggies were neatly stocked and fresh. The young man working provided great customer service. Sandwichs were good and tasted very fresh.“
