“We had lunch here on April 23rd. Our service was great. There was a new girl taking our order. Although you could tell she was new, she did a good job. We had to witness a rude customer treat all the staff poorly. The management was amazing trying to please a woman who just wanted to be rude. Other customers also told management they did well with the circumstances. We will definitely be back.“

“The staff are friendly and the food is good, but the hours listed for this location is not really correct. More often than not, they'll stop serving food by 8:30 or sooner because they'll already have cleaned everything. Which is understandable, but disappointing when I get off work at 8:20 and they're already done for the day.“

“I have been going to this Jimmy Johns for the past couple years, a couple times a week for lunch. Not once have I had a wrong order or missing item. They always have my order ready to go when I arrive. The workers are all very nice and welcoming. The store is very clean and put together.“

“Kenley met all my expectations he is an amazing worker ! He is due for a raise I left him a tip ⭐️ star service! Today is Saturday may 18th the other worker that was on the shift with him is an our going gentleman as well great service and presentation!“

“The girl did a great job, she was busting her a** working the drive thru and the counter by herself. Food was good. Why only problem is with her boss or owner, why in the world would you have a person working alone at Subway on a Friday night at 6:45 in the evening. Trying to save a view bucks, just stupid.“

“Given several locations in the Decatur/Forsyth/Mt Zion area, this, along with Forsyth is our preferred. The older woman with dark hair and glasses we typically see working is extremely polite, and very precise and careful in how she makes our sandwiches. The restaurant is clean, and most importantly, they keep the containers covered, so flies don't do their business on the food like you see in some other Subways. I used to work for Subway, and that is my ultimate pet peeve. Uncovered containers. It shows laziness, and very bad hygiene. No one wants to eat something flies have been swarming on. Maybe that's why the one on Mound rd has always made me sick after eating. I've learned to avoid that one despite them being right down the road.“

“The place is nice and clean and the girl working behind the counter was very sweet and had perfect manners plus made a Damn good sandwich. Best experience I have had at a sub shop in a long time. That girl deserves a raise, I think her name was Kelsi“

“This is our preferred location over all others. The sandwiches are always great, and the staff very friendly. I have to admit though, I'm not a fan of the delivery. It always takes far too long, & doesn't follow along with the 'tracker', because of in store priority. The last order we waited over an hour, only to find out our order hadn't even been started because of in store issues that we weren't made aware of. I also don't care for the fact that $4 is charged for delivery, yet the hardworking drivers don't receive the fee, OR minimum wage. That is the definition of corporate greed. But we appreciated our wonderful driver, Aaron. Thank you!“
“I took my mother there a week or too ago and the staff is very nice they made sure we had everything we needed. The food is great. I'll tell you this Jimmy John's is way better then subway!!! My new sub sandwich place is Jimmy John's.“

“Food was great! There was a long line and only two girls working. They worked hard and fast but it took a while to get our food. We thought it was odd that the cheese steak sandwich came with pizza sauce on it....it tasted ok, next time I Will order it with out pizza sauce“
