Excellent food, and service!! Manager is great!!
Great food. Service is hit or miss depending on daily staff
Dee and Zae were the best. I have never been treated so well, by anyone, as I was by them when I ordered inside the business. They were helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable and cheerful. I’ve visited this business multiple times and I ordered a cheesesteak and fries yesterday and I came back today because that sandwich was the best I ever had from there. Dee made it! I recommend visiting this place 100%.

Penn Station East Coast Subs provides a great dining experience with fresh food and an accommodating staff. The food is often described as a little greasy but good, and the new General Manager seems to be making a positive impact. While some customers have faced issues with orders, like finding hair in their sandwich or missing ingredients, the staff is willing to remake orders to ensure satisfaction. However, there have been reports of rudeness from employees and difficulties in taking or making basic orders. During peak hours, the restaurant can be understaffed, leading to long wait times, as seen when only two employees were working despite a long line. It is worth noting that the quality of the food remains good, and customers have enjoyed items like the cheese steak sandwich, although some found it odd that it came with pizza sauce. Management has been helpful in addressing concerns, confirming that the restaurant should not have been closing early.
