The food was good but like many places in the Decatur area it’s getting harder to find a server that can give a thank you and a smile.
Good service and the manager Shelby got it together food good each time now
Very nice employees. Service was fast considering how busy it was.

McDonald's provides friendly staff and fast service, particularly during busy hours. While some customers experienced issues with freshness of breakfast items, others praised the hot food and great customer service. The restaurant has a kid-friendly atmosphere and is welcoming to families. Staff members go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. However, some orders may not always be accurate, with mistakes like adding cream to a requested black coffee. The restaurant's convenience, with locations around the world, is one of its strongest suits, and its service is famously fast. McDonald's offers a variety of price points, ensuring that there's an affordable option for every budget. The food is generally decent, though getting the correct meal can be a hit or miss, and the coffee is good.
