I ordered online 2 days in a row. I live 7 hours away, and was in visiting my bf who through the week lives in a hotel. So I did the door dash. The first day the food was delivered quick, and was hot and very good. The second day, took a bit longer and the paper bag that was inside a plastic bag was really damp. The food was not very hot by this point and the milkshake was more like just milk. My hotel was exactly .02 miles from stake and shake, so I don't see a reason...read full review
Great staff, good food. Had dinner and lunch here it was so good. Saw this chain at different airports but never tried them as i figured it was just another burger. I will now be stopping back for sure. Wish we had one where im from.

The only thing with the service is that it was kiosk ordering. There was a nice lady who asked if we needed any help and wished us a good day on the way out. The food was delicious and the shakes were bangin'. We had cotton candy, chocolate Reese's, kit Kat, and mint Oreo and all were great.
