Cheese bread was awful. Sandwiches had barely anything on them. Staff however were very friendly. Floors were puddled with water.

Very quality food and good work environment. Other than the occasional wrong order and being a bit expensive, it is very good.

Been to another restaurant in the East Coast. Didn’t realize it’s now here in Illinois. The good news is that the food is good, just as I remembered from the East coast. The problem is that this restaurant is seriously understaffed for lunch. Had to wait over 25 minutes to get a regular chicken Parmesan sandwich. There was only three people working. One was working the grill, another putting toppings on the sandwich. The last person had to take orders and serve the sandwiches as they are made.Didn’t realize that EVERYONE sitting there was waiting for their sandwich. Furthermore, they were getting a long list of online orders.Food was good. Service was not so much. Simply too long.

I've ate at several Penn Stations and this one is my favorite. The management and staff are friendly and helpful. The food is fresh tasting and hot items are hot when we get them. We will definitely be back to enjoy.
