“Just had to leave the best possible review for the staff at the Charleston, IL location. On a recent trip to visit my in laws, I made an online order for pickup. When I arrived at home, I noticed a slight mixup in my order. Due to a dietary issue, I had to return to the store and the quickly remade it for me. It was not a big deal at all but the degree of concern and willingness to get it right was greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the entire staff and especially the manager on duty (didn't catch her name). Your kindness and service was not unnoticed. I will certainly be back to the store on future trips to the area.“

“The food was top notch, the employees were friendly and very helpful. The customer in line before me was not nice to the employees, especially the young man at the cash register, he was talking down to them and making comments about how dumb young people were and so on. I was impressed with both of them about how they handled this situation, they kept smiling and stayed professional even when he was verbally attacking them and just being a total jerk. I wanted to tell him off and he didn't even say a word to me. The way those 2 employees behaved needs to be brought to attention and they need to be praised by the management team for not allowing that awful person to drag them down to his level.I don't know your names but I hope the see this because I want to let them know that this world needs more people lile them, it's not easy to face that kind of negativity and not let it ruin their day or worse start an altercation like we see almost everyday on the news and social media. Your parents raised you both right and I want to thank them for doing f a great job raising their children to be a lart of the solution and not the problem.“
