Vegetarian options: I’m not vegetarian but I did notice they have a great selection for those that are vegetarian. I’m going to order a vegetarian sandwich upon a future visit. Way to go Jersey Mike’s!

Parking: You can park right at the door. If handicapped there’s still access to the front door.

Kid-friendliness: The customer service employees give total attention to the little ones. Amazing ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy maneuvering for those with disabilities. Yes! Making it easy for individuals like myself to get in and out safely.“

“I had never been there before but we were moving my niece back to EIU yesterday and stopped in for a sandwich! Very good!!! wish you had flat bread though - maybe in the future??? but will definitely go back!!!“

“The food was top notch, the employees were friendly and very helpful. The customer in line before me was not nice to the employees, especially the young man at the cash register, he was talking down to them and making comments about how dumb young people were and so on. I was impressed with both of them about how they handled this situation, they kept smiling and stayed professional even when he was verbally attacking them and just being a total jerk. I wanted to tell him off and he didn't even say a word to me. The way those 2 employees behaved needs to be brought to attention and they need to be praised by the management team for not allowing that awful person to drag them down to his level.I don't know your names but I hope the see this because I want to let them know that this world needs more people lile them, it's not easy to face that kind of negativity and not let it ruin their day or worse start an altercation like we see almost everyday on the news and social media. Your parents raised you both right and I want to thank them for doing f a great job raising their children to be a lart of the solution and not the problem.“
