Sandwich Shops in Charleston

“Just had to leave the best possible review for the staff at the Charleston, IL location. On a recent trip to visit my in laws, I made an online order for pickup. When I arrived at home, I noticed a slight mixup in my order. Due to a dietary issue, I had to return to the store and the quickly remade it for me. It was not a big deal at all but the degree of concern and willingness to get it right was greatly appreciated.

Thank you to the entire staff and especially the manager on duty (didn't catch her name). Your kindness and service was not unnoticed. I will certainly be back to the store on future trips to the area.“

“There were 3 beautiful souls who tried working with what they were dealt with at 5:30 pm on September 2nd. The gentleman working was really stressing out from the new chicken being out and he tried his hardest to keep his cool and it genuinely hurt my heart. The two women who were working were trying to stay positive to everyone and they were all working together with what they had and it genuinely made me feel so bad for them especially when I heard they were going to be short staffed. The 3 workers deserve a lot of credit and I feel bad not getting their names but I'm sure they will remember this shift. Kudos to them and I wish other customers tried being nice instead of making snarky comments about the chicken being out.“
