Good, fresh, food at a reasonable price with many numerous choices and combinations of cold roll ups or hot pressed, salads, soups, fresh-baked cookies, ice cream treats, and chips. Friendly staff. Quick service. Very clean restaurant. They have punch cards for frequent visits.“

“Only in today's economy would I rate a place 15 stars / 15 stars for food, service, and atmosphere but rate the place overall 4 stars bc of cost / pricing. $7 for something that has just meat and cheese on it? That's their Slims I'm talking about, so you can't just say well condiments are free bc they don't (and won't afaik) put any condiments on those. Otherwise this place is bomb. Always good food, always super fresh ingredients. To this day, I've only had one sub-5★ experience at Jimmy John's, and I've easily eaten there ~100 times. (Yes, that many. I was once a college student when Slims cost $2.)“

“Food only gets 3 stars bc this place is so dang expensive that I'm not sure the quality of their food, which is pretty high mind you, is worth the money that they charge. About 10 years ago, the "Slim" sandwiches were $2, and some would say that while their price has gone up 150% since then that it is fairing relatively well in relation to inflation. However, the cost for such a basic sandwich should have remained under $4, not the ~$5.50+ that they charge now. I mean all that you are getting is meat, cheese, and bread. What makes it weird for me is all of their "freebies" - veggies, mustard, oil, etc - are not free on the Slims. They will give you packets of mustard because they aren't "allowed" to use their fresh mustard? Surely that's just not cost effective at all. But I guess that's the whole idea behind the Slim subs. But to compare, for the same price as some footlong subs at Subway, the Slims are crazily overpriced.

“We just had a great experience at this location. In a world sorely lacking in good customer service, they had 2 young woman on this shift who were so friendly and sweet! They had genuine smiles & good attitudes while at work. It’s was so unlike other fast food locations in the area where you almost feel like your bothering them for being there. Such a refreshing experience!

And of course…we always love a good Penn Station sandwich! Nice, fresh & delicious!!“

“Small place with lots to offer. Freestyle soda machines, also the place is very, very clean everytime I've been in here. The workers are kind, making a sandwich is straight-forward and smooth, and the sandwiches themselves are amazing.

Parking: Connected to a gas station, there's not many spots but most likely you'll be in and out. But there's also a drive through here.“

“I come thru this subway everyday Tues- sat every week for lunch. Out of all the times I’ve came here I have never been let down. The staff here is super friendly and very fast and efficient in the work they provide. I would most certainly say this is the best subway location in Terre haute! “When we stopped in it was literally last minute choice of oh hey I'm hungry and yeah me too. Oh look there's a subway. When we pulled into their drive they were out of most things their oven wasn't working. However talk about making things work they made some of the best sandwiches iv ever had! On point! Wasn't even the bread I'd ever have chosen but was what they had but they made it work! Excellent service. To bad the company doesn't pay them well enough nor keep their equipment up to par this subway really could go far if they had!“

“The subway has a large dining area. I really like that. It's not cramped into two booths like some other places are. The food is good as always. It's great to be able to make your own condiment decisions. Still don't have very many sides, just chips, but it's a good meal.
