Just had to leave the best possible review for the staff at the Charleston, IL location. On a recent trip to visit my in laws, I made an online order for pickup. When I arrived at home, I noticed a slight mixup in my order. Due to a dietary issue, I had to return to the store and the quickly remade it for me. It was not a big deal at all but the degree of concern and willingness to get it right was greatly appreciated.

Was sitting in for lunch and without a doubt in my mind this staff is amazing! They handled a full house so quick and they are beyond friendly! The manager on shift and the crew members all were great!
Subs are so good! Always got to have it Mike's way!
