“Waiter was AMAZING! I think his name was Jack. The food was delicious, and prices were decent. The owner checked on everybody in the restaurant. Very clean...including the bathroom!! DEFINITELY recommend this place! Oh yea, that cherry cobbler is everything!“
“Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere (except a bit noisy). Our waitress was very attentive. First we had the Crab Beignets, which were delicious. Three of us had the Scallops, which was good; one had fish. Dessert was turtle cheesecake and coconut creme cake.“
“This is becoming one of my favorite places. Great atmosphere. It's not a huge menu, which is nice, allowing them to focus on the quality of the dishes they do have. Prices are some of the best I've seen in the area of drinks and food. The presentation was perfectly executed, and the portions were huge. I had the Blt paired with a side salad, a side of fries, and we added bread service. Excellent from start to finish.“
“Wonderful staff. So friendly and kind, and they know their stuff. There’s a large patio with a pickle ball set up, live music set up, and it is all dog-friendly! Food is yummy and you can find savory and healthy options on the menu. Great place for lunch or dinner.“
“Thank you to Monica, Bob, and the rest of Boozie's staff for creating such a fun and welcoming place for our family and friends to hang out the morning of our wedding on 11-11! Everyone had a great time and said how they can see why we both love coming here.“
“For my first time being to this restaurant, I am very impressed. I ordered the fish and chips and they were absolutely phenomenal! They have a great house made ranch that is very good along with a fairly good bar. I had great service and a great experience.“
“I had a pleasant visit to this cozy bar located at the bottom of the hill as you enter downtown. The morning crowd was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. I decided to try the open-faced roast beef, also known as Hot Beef, which turned out to be quite tasty.“
“The tappiest of tap rooms and restaurants. 1st, the Chicken Philly Egg Rolls may be the best egg rolls and Philly in one appetizer ever. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and Waffle fries were great, but needed the ranch. They literally have 100 brews on tap connected to an electronic keg tracking system. You can even check the website to find what and how much is in stock. Food is ordered at the window and they bring it out to the table. Indoor and ample patio seating. Clean and well managed. Plenty of street parking.Parking: There is a 2-hour limit on parking before 5.“
“The review says, "what can I recommend about Duck City"...The answer to that, is everything. There is not one thing on the menu not worth getting. The Chef greets you, checks in on you. The wait staff is so attentive. Drinks were refilled, bread and butter kept coming. My meal was as if God robed himself in flesh and plated my meal. I cannot understand how the food tastes the way it does, because I can assure you, nothing I make at home ever tastes like what I have had at Duck City. I was also surprised that the cheesecake was only $6! It was delicious. Usually we don't get dessert because we hate spending another $10-$15 but for $6, it truly was the cherry on top of an already perfect meal. The atmosphere is so laid back, kind of an eclectic use of decor. This is THE best restaurant in the QC, no competition. I just. I can't say enough about this place. If you live in the Quad Cities, you have to go at least once.“
“Best bar in Davenport by far. Fresh cocktails are perfect if you want something that is sweet but not sugary; quality is something you would expect at a high end bar in a major city. Great prices too. If you are out of town or local would highly recommend.“
“Been here several times. Food and beer are typically good and come out in a timely manner. However, service to sit down, get drinks, and order is always slow every time I have been there. Overall though, a decent place to eat if you're in that part of “
“Hickory Garden has become a family staple for us. They are always able to accommodate our group, usually of 12+, and the service is always wonderful. We LOVE their breakfast, especially the pancakes and biscuits and gravy! Another favorite is their chicken and rice soup. The staff there is always helpful and smiling.“
“Don't know why it's taken so long to try this place out. What a fantastic treasure of a diner up the hill from downtown. It reminds me of a small town Midwest greasy spoon but I mean that with love and affection. I could have been sitting across from my dad or grandpa, it took me back to a happy place in my childhood. The food was fantastic! I'm a bit of an omelette expert now and the Anchor omelette was one of my top two in the QC. The staff was so nice and made everyone feel like family. We'll be back for sure.“
“Excellent food and service! Our server Alysa was fantastic and the meals were scrumptious. It was crazy busy and that was ok. Our food took a little longer but nobody cared and actually it was nice to not feel rushed. Plus the atmosphere is awesome! Definitely will be back!“
“I've written reviews about restaurants before but this is my best review yet. Theres always parking available. The food is amazing. Every time i've come here the food comes out rapid fast. The atmosphere is also great. Looks like it jumped straight out of the 80s! Absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend any day.“
“Enjoyed this place alot. Was there for a lunch date for my anniversary and spent some time meeting new people and new things. Definitely going to make a return trip in the future.Parking: Parking could get a little right during busy hours“
“Creative menu items, tasty food, and comfortable environment. They will surely outgrow this space when word gets out. They earned every bit of this 5-star rating! (Just grab the menu at counter, chalkboard is cute but hard to make a decision from).“
“First time I've been there in 30 years, fish was always a tradition on Friday and Saturday nights. Got there early, not a big crowd but only one server and he was running his a$$ off. Beer was cold, a gin and tonic was served in a pint glass with a soda straw (?). Anyway- the fish was a good as remembered- big chunks of fried cod. Fries were crispy and hot too. The dill sauce was good but seems like the recipe might have changed or memory remembered something "better". Would definitely recommend for the big food people, the all you can eat special is a bargain.“
“Called in as we were near to pick up some food, did not have drinks. They sent my call to food guy. was great food, great service. I had the burger n fries, buddy had the wings.. both were great! but honestly the service from the guy grill was amazing, great attitude and outgoing!“
“This place works like a well-oiled machine. Service is impeccable. Food is always fresh because of a very high turnover. My favorite is the slab of ribs with the sauce on the side. Reminder to always reserve a table ahead of time and be on time for your reservation. If you do that your wait is virtually 0. Enjoy.“
“You’ll never get a bad meal at Cracker Barrel. Cracker Barrel takes pride in what they serve to their guests! Also, I love shopping in their gift shop. I have bought several items at different times including their clothing. Nice place to bring your family or friends.Dietary restrictions: Great selection of fish if you are eliminating red meat from your diet. Wonderful vegetable selections and their fried apples are great for those who have a sweet tooth. Fantastic menu selection for anyone’s dietary needs.“
“Only good thing about this place is the view. Went last night to celebrate a birthday and I spent more time waiting for my beer than being able to sit down and enjoy my time. 10+ minute wait for a beer with only 5 People around the bar is pretty ridiculous. Needless to say I was pretty upset by the end of the night.“
“One of the very few make rights left we were very impressed the food came out nice and hot very tasty the service was great and the prices were very good we ordered a strawberry shake and it was great the old style very good place recommend to anybody to stop by Maid-Rite in the Quad Cities.“
“Quiet, beautiful, airy location was a perfect spot for a late breakfast this morning. My ham and swiss omelette was fantastic, as was the oatmeal with strawberries and blueberries that I was able to substitute in for hash browns and toast. Had a great chat with the server and got some tips on what to check out as I walk around town during my visit. Would definitely stop in here again during lunch or dinner to try something on their regular menu.“
“We went in when you originally opened and weren't impressed with the food. We hadn't gone back sense until the other night. I was impressed by the interior of the place. The staff was friendly and kind. And the food was actually very good. We will be back for more. And would recommend for anyone to try it out.“
“Visiting from out of town for football and needed dinner. I am really glad that we chose to eat at Mo Brady's. The food - on point! The service - above on point! On the off chance I'm ever in this area again, I will definitely dine here again!! We arrived around 8 on a Saturday night and it appeared to be at the tail end of the dinner rush. So it was crowded but not so bad - we were seated right away. Our server - excellent and personable It was a great meal - worth every penny! Highly recommend!!“
“Hadn’t been here for about five years and the only thing that changed was the side the brunch items were located. The food was still very good and the staff was outstanding. Emma was our server and she was very attentive to all the tables she was responsible for. Highly recommend and please check out the specials they have throughout the week.“
“Food itself was very good! However order accuracy is important to me. We were missing five items, three of them being sauces. Not the biggest deal though. Staff was friendly otherwise, we paid to get the sauces anyhow but it felt like false advertising when the menu said a sauce was included with the item. Flavor for the burger patties seemed very bland. I did however love the atmosphere and decoration. The onion rings and cinnamon sugar bites were absolutely delicious though and worth every penny. I was also told the fried shrimp basket also tasted amazing. Friendly staff otherwise, we did end up paying extra to get the sauces... It did seem like false advertising when what we ordered was supposed to come with a sauce. The classic diner feel and decor though was amazing and honestly loved how it made others smile! Will definitely recommend them for their appetizers! Amazing breakfast options and shakes as well I've heard from the locals so if we end up back in the area sometime we might just have to check that out. Definitely recommend for families!Kid-friendliness: Wonderful for families and kids seem to love the food and decor.“
“Second time that we have stopped in there, and everything was great. Love the old service station theme. The food was incredibly delicious and the service was phenomenal. The energy allows for you to let your hair for a bit. Will definitely be back.Parking: You can park across the street as long as you do not impede the businesses still open.Kid-friendliness: The food will keep’em busy.“
“Martinis are wonderful. Service wasn't great, server was very friendly, but forgetful. My husband said his ribeye was very good. I got a pasta dish & it was pretty good. Overall, place was okay, but with so many choices in the area, we will probably not go back.“
“We have always loved Famous Dave's. Their prices went up and we haven't really been back for a while. But, it is restaurant week in the QCA this week and they have a really good deal. Service was a little slow, but pleasant. The food was amazing!! We don't like the newer chairs/tables, but they let us move to a booth. ? Very pleased!!“
“Excellent food and an awesome owner. Try the desert egg rolls and you won’t be disappointed. My wife and I used them for our caterer for our wedding and they did an amazing job. The guests said that it was some of the best wedding food they ever had. Cannot recommend enough, both for a restaurant and for a caterer!“
“I ate at the bar. The bartender was very attentive even though she was busy with drink orders for the restaurant. I had the prime rib dip sandwich with fries. The sandwich was very tasty with grilled onions and cheese on a nice roll. French fries were a bit cold and were not evenly cooked. Overall I enjoyed my meal. Service was top notch.“
“Loved the bacon dressing on the Spinach salad. Soup of the day when we went was cheddar broccoli. It was very tasty and cheesy, but it was a bit salty and I was thinking it could have used more broccoli pieces. Added some black pepper, which cut the salt “
“Pricing is pretty comparative to other upscale sit down restaurant. My brunch with bottomless drinks was under $50 which included a 20% tip. They do have live music with Sunday brunch so it was a little on the louder side but you could still have a conversation. The food was pretty good, some dishes lacked seasoning but for the most part it was an enjoyable experience!“
“We went in with 3 kids and came out happy, full, and very pleased with our experience. Kids could talk laugh and be in a home like setting but learn what being in a nice restaurant with respect for others meant. Waiter was awesome. Food tasty, price right..We'll be back for sure..Parking: I was dropped off at front at hubby parked easily and not to far away.Kid-friendliness: Very, wait staff very good with all ages“
