4 Best American Restaurants near Milan

“My boyfriend and I were trying to find a quick place to grab some food on his lunch break and we stumbled onto this place. We realized that it was an old Hardee's turned into a ma and Pa restaurant. The food was regular. The atmosphere was homie except Little gnats kept flying around us. When I mean regular for the food I mean like I think it was called a Colorado sandwich and it came out on a bun with chicken and bacon cheese and barbecue sauce. However, the barley soup that came with it as well was very good. The waitress was on her game and she was very kind. The inside looks a little scummy but waitresses is very kind.“

“the owner, manager, head chef came to our table while my wife was at salad bar and asked if he could get me something from soup/salad bar (I walk with a cane and was waiting for wife to return) SURE, you can bring some soup, which he did- now where else would this service happen only at Welcome Inn in Milan!!!! Katy was our waitress and she was very polite and efficient Tks to the staff

“Maid-Rite in Milan is a wonderful journey back to your youth. My sandwich was the taste I remember from the 70s, 80s, and early 90s. Strawberry shake with a side car, and perfect fries just tranfers you back in time. Expanded menu but for me, I want that back in time memory of my long ago past.“

“The weekend special of grilled shrimp and veggies was delish. Also got my choice of a 2 toppings, spicy ranch and a BBQ. really liked the BBQ. Friendly and fast service. A great dinner choice.“
