The staff and manager here are very nice and helpful with very positive energy. I ended up ordering the roast beef sandwich and a gyro Wich were both pretty good. The wait was not long at all considering how busy they were especially with the drive through line during the afternoon hours. The dine in area was clean all around from the floor to the tables.
The employees here are very nice and did a great job handling my order with no issues plus the food here was pretty good especially the roast beef sandwich. The tables at the dine in area were pretty clean. Overall good experience at this Arby’s location.

Arby's is a clean and friendly place with quality food. They serve delicious fish sandwiches that stand out. Customers enjoy the Greek gyro pita wraps and hamburgers too. The staff, like Kim, are efficient and provide great service. It's a favorite fast-food spot for many due to the tasty meals and overall positive experience. Recent reviews highlight quick service for simple orders, with hot, fresh, and tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff are described as polite and fast. The restaurant is accessible for wheelchair users, as is common in Waterloo and Cedar Falls. Although some find the prices for kids' meals very expensive, the quality and service make it a convenient stop when in the area.
