After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.

Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE

I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.

Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.

I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’

No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.

To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.

The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.”

“Open jam Wednesday nights. It's a fun place to unwind or wind up. Whether you're just stopping in for a drink or night cap, or to let loose and socialize this place is highly recommended by me and plenty of my friends/acquaintances. Stop by any day or night of the week to check out the bar, video gaming machines (maybe you will get lucky), and enjoy the patio. Patio has plenty of seating and standing room, and some fire pits to warm up next to if you get chilly. The patio fire pits also provide a little more ambiance to the outdoor vibe... If you show up on a Wednesday night you will be guaranteed (by yours truly) to see and hear a decent live performance by some local up and coming artists, and some locals who just love playing live music in front of a great audience. Stop by and show your support”

“Have been here a couple times now and even though they weren’t open at the time I arrived- Michelle was kind enough to come let me in and take my order regardless. The food is fresh, great portions and fulfilling if you are looking for a nice healthy alternative to traditional food places. Definitely recommend.”

“We had their breakfast burritos at the Taco & Margarita Festival in East Moline and they were fantastic! The medium salsa verde was so so good!”

“Nice neighborhood bar. Very friendly bartenders, clean! Great place to have a drink with very friendly patrons. Slot machines, darts and pool. Has a private party room free of charge. Just have to buy drinks from bar. Also you can bring in your own food for parties. Great place!!

Their service was smooth and cheerful- our guests share many compliments including engaging conversations. Cristina was easy to work with and I highly recommend to anyone planning a special event!”

“I'm no coffee expert and I'm a fairly simple guy. I had Iron Grains coffee for the first time today. A simple light roast with cream. That's what I like. The coffee had a very smooth taste that kind of showed up halfway through and lingered after a while before saying goodbye. But I don't believe in goodbyes. I call them "see ya laters". I'll be back. 😎 The safety deposit conference room is pretty clever. I think that's what it was. Very cool”

“What a great spot! I grew up in the QC and moved away to Omaha 10 years ago. I came back for a funeral and was already feeling low and sad. The bacon burritos (that Omaha never seems to have lately) and a large iced Caramelicious were exactly what I needed, and the amazing service mixed with such a friendly and cheerful interaction lifted my spirits so much during such a sad time. Truly, thank you.”

“8/25/24 tonight i am giving them a 1 star. waited 2.5 hr for delivery. was told driver went wrong address. Asked driver and he said different story,my calzone was cold ,mushrooms were cold,wifes alfredo was kinda warm. Normally very happy with them but tonight not good. called twice about order kid on phone said order was out,well 40 mins later still no delivery. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!!”
