Happy Joes is always a favorite of ours. We are from out of town and anytime we come to visit our family we have to stop and get a pizza. Well this last weekend we had our wedding in the quad cities. We wanted to have pizza brought in as a late night snack for guests that were still around. Quad city pizza joint famous for a taco pizza which is basically beans as the pizza sauce and topped with melty cheddar cheese and when it’s done baking topped with lettuce, taco chips, and tomato, and they serve taco sauce on the side. A delicious option is to get nacho Joe where you sub the nacho cheese for beans.
Another staple is the ham and sauerkraut. I have no idea why but this combo slaps!!
