Hardee's has always been great for a good burger! Our last experience was subpar! The staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The burgers we waited 10 minutes for were lukewarm, dry with stale buns. They forgot our ranch and my son's milk. This was a very disappointing meal and it will probably be a while before we give them another chance. I know they can do better! The staff needs to be more concerned about quality and customer satisfaction!
I had very nice service but I was very disappointed with my sandwich. It was below what I expected. Was not juicy an was dry tasting. Service was fine. My burger was way under par. Very disappointed.

Food is as good as any other fast food place, they are constantly understaffed working with at most two people most of the time (from my experience of visiting this location) resulting in very long wait times (even if you're the only customer). Staff is very friendly and apologetic for the wait.
