After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.

Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE

I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.

Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.

I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’

No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.

To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.

The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.“

“You couldn’t ask for a more friendly staff. Drinks are always perfect- I don’t even order anymore. I just say surprise me! The owners are also sincerely kind and welcoming. An all around great atmosphere! Highly recommend!“

“Hidden Gem Alert! We usually hit the coffee shop by Rivercenter, but I happened to drive past this spot and wow — what a find! I got a caramel latte and a fried egg sandwich, and both were absolutely delicious. The coffee tastes fresh and smooth — not burnt or stale like some places. And the sandwich? So yummy! Prices are totally reasonable too. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re near The Adler or Rivercenter. Definitely bookmarking this for our next dance trip in the spring!“

“We stopped in for a few drinks because this place looked interesting, and it did not disappoint! The atmosphere is incredible, it’s packed with character, featuring everything from vintage Shriners memorabilia to old-school bowling decor. My favorite part was the sitting area styled exactly like a 70s living room. The service was truly exceptional, and the drinks were very reasonably priced. We also loved the photo booth, which is a great touch for capturing memories with friends. Such a fun, unique spot. I highly recommend checking it out!“

“My friend and I came out to enjoy a nice evening in the Village and decided to stop by Brew for a bite. We were greeted by a young lady named Kaitlin, who took care of us from start to finish. She was friendly, sharp, and just the right amount of sassy to keep things fun.

She handled our table (and what looked like half the restaurant) with ease — quick, attentive, and on point the whole time. The other staff seemed solid too, but Kaitlin really stood out. She made the experience.

Highly recommend asking for her next time you’re in. We’ll definitely be back.“

“HA. I can't believe I haven't already reviewed Wake Brewing, my favorite brewery in the Quad Cities. They make solid beers across the styles and I've received great, and unpretentious (but knowledgeable when asked) service from over a dozen bartenders over the years. I especially love their hazies and stouts, but love their lagers when that's what I'm in the mood for. Their new new Sunday special that includes a Bloody and a sizable sidecar for a paltry $5 is the best quality Sunday drink deal I know in the Midwest. Pair the Bloody with their Masa of Puppets corn lager for an amazing combo recommended by the last bartender I visited with. Pet friendly on their patio, no everyday food option but you can BYOF. Don't change a thing Wake!“

“I'm no coffee expert and I'm a fairly simple guy. I had Iron Grains coffee for the first time today. A simple light roast with cream. That's what I like. The coffee had a very smooth taste that kind of showed up halfway through and lingered after a while before saying goodbye. But I don't believe in goodbyes. I call them "see ya laters". I'll be back. 😎 The safety deposit conference room is pretty clever. I think that's what it was. Very cool“

“Went to this kiosk today. Sarah was the barista to help me. She was exceptional in customer service and drink quality. I only get a café vanilla frap and Ive had MANY. I will say it was the BEST tasting frappacino I've EVER had. And I have been a barista myself so I know how an expresso made coffee should taste. It was perfectly made. I appreciate her attentiveness and friendly service. I will be back!“

“Food is delicious and they have karaoke on Thursday Nights. Some nights they have it outside and it's enjoyable hearing people sing. We keep coming back for the karaoke and the friendly staff. Sometimes they just know what I want to drink and just bring it out. I love the salads and the crab rag pizza!!!“

The man preparing my food ( dark curly hair and rose tattoo) had excellent customer service. He was polite, engaging, and drained all the juice from the black beans! “We came this past Sunday, 9/29, for our son's 10th birthday and it was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh, our fries stayed filled and she made sure to bring extra campfire sauce (the b-day boy's favorite!) I wish I would've gotten our server's name, she was tall, skinny, her makeup was flawless and had a leopard print headband and phone case. She was SO SWEET!! Very attentive, she engaged not only with us but our son too. She made sure we had everything we needed and even got all the other servers to come over and sing to our son for his b-day. He was so excited and even got a Polaroid to take home of him and his b-day sundae. I just wanted to make sure they know what a gem they have in this waitress b/c she was absolutely awesome.
