“We had such an amazing experience at The Great Escape in Galena! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a warm, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere. The place is fantastic, and the hospitality truly goes above and beyond!
A special shoutout to **Miss Kitty and Maggie** for being so wonderful, friendly, and accommodating, customer service and hospitality were absolutely incredible, She made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.
It’s not often you come across a place where the people make the experience just as memorable as the atmosphere, but The Great Escape definitely did that for us. We had the BEST time and can’t wait to come back!
