“Used the drive-thru around 8:30pm, and interacted with three different employees throughout my experience. All three were incredibly friendly and positive!I’ve never experienced this at a McDonalds before… I was actually thrown off and had to think about it as I drove away. It was really nice.The food was as expected, and fast. But having those brief friendly interactions really added to my experience, and it’s one I won’t soon forget!Some really solid people there in the evenings. It’s amazing how something like that can really affect your night.“
“Order was correct and quickly got me through the drive thru. I would have gave it 5 stars but I first tride paying with card and they could only take cash and said someone should have told you when making the order which they didn't luckily I had both so not a big issue for me.“
“I put two for service because I was pulled forward and parked for two McDoubles when I had to take food to my fiance on her lunch break but she only gets 30 minutes and I was there waiting for my food for about almost 20 it seemed like I know it was 15 for sure while five other cars got their food after me and I got tried to wait until I went inside and my food was sitting right there like I don't know why they couldn't have just sent somebody else out to give it to me but yeah my girl read my behind for being late missed half to break she just said so yeah I really should have gave it a one or if you guys give negatives maybe a negative five because then very aggravated if you must know my reason for putting two I'm actually going to go back and change it to one I wish I could do lessParking: Yeah the free parking lots awesome but when you get parked after you order your food you better hope it gets to you pretty quick if you're on a lunch break or have any time I obligation or time frame you need to be under because it'll take about 25 minutes to bring you a slice of cheese I'm sorry for bagging on you like this McDonald's cuz I've had your food since I was a kid but that was the worst customer service I've ever had in my life also it was the West Kimberly McDonald's in Davenport Iowa across from the Mississippi Fairgrounds if anybody cares to know“
“This restaurant needs a deep clean. Walls, seats, floors, counters/tables, doors, all dirty. Employees do the best they can with what they're given. They are constantly "short staffed." Per what they say. Maybe they need to have a cleaning service come in during this staffing crisis. Zero stars for atmosphere.“
“My friend is blind and they were very helpful to him in his ordering process I am unable to see very well without my glasses they were broken and they helped me with my or the meal was good the atmosphere was good I really enjoyed this place.“
