“There is an older black gentleman working the first drive thru window this morning an also a lot of mornings. He deserves recognition for his great attitude! He’s always nice and is in a good mood. He’s main reason I come to this McDonalds. If I’m having a crappy morning, interacting with Him for a few seconds puts me in a better mood. He deserves recognition, a pat on the back, a raise…..something. I wish McDonalds had more employees like Him!!!“

“Stopped here today for a quick lunch. They have a $5 meal deal — just ask the staff and they will tell you about it.
It comes with a double cheeseburger, nuggets, small fries, and a drink.
Cheap, tasty, and filling. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

“They need more cleanliness. I ordered a caramel sundae and iced coffee, which was sticky outside the cup. They need to serve the customers well. They also need to add more vegan and halal options, as these can be served to everyone and increase the customer base.“

“It's a classic for a reason! Those fries? Legendary. Quarter Pounders are decent, but sometimes they're a bit salty. Big Macs are delicious, nuggets as well - don't forget to ask for extra pickles! Service is always friendly, never had a problem there. Order accuracy can be spotty - sometimes the order is wrong, missing items, or made incorrectly. Definitely double-check that bag before you leave.

“I live in Chillicothe and the McDonald's there has gone down hill. Every order I pick up is missing something or food is cold or incorrect.
Your location up the hill on Knoxville Ave is my new go to. Your staff is very polite and professional, they say please and thank you. I was encouraged to come again. Food was hot and tasty. Large fry was overflowing with fries. And the girl at the window said thank you for coming, please come a gain and have a nice day!“

“I normally go to Western because I'm in a rush for work but I had placed a online order for the university location where it was very prompt and friendly, my food was so good for once. Today's staff did a amazing job! I had ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit as well as absteak and egg McMuffin with a sweet tea, everything was perfect! It's fast food yea but my steak sandwich and muffin was delicious.“

“I am so tired of beggers coming up to me asking for money. 2 people hit me up this morning at the Knoxville McDonald's. I was afraid to get out of my car. One of the beggers come running out of McDonald's to catch me when I got out of my car, so I just sat in my car reading my phone.“
