I had the worst customer service here this morning - sat at the window for 1 item way too long and I was the only one at the drive thru and the front had no one either, than when the lady handed me my food she just stuck her hand out with the bag and said nothing - so pleasant. Will not be going back to this location.
Fries cold. Slow service during dead times
Very friendly employees.

time to explain the app to me. The play area was clean and fun; my kids enjoyed it. The overall experience was okay, not bad but not great either.
Description:
McDonald's offers a mixed experience with its service and food. Despite some delays in getting orders, the play area is enjoyable for kids. The staff's friendliness varies, with some going above and beyond to make customers happy, while others seem less accommodating. On the positive side, the manager's gesture of providing free treats to a disappointed customer shows a commitment to customer satisfaction.
