Hot day, and we needed a cool drink. It took the partners a minute or two to acknowledge us. I don't know how busy the drive thru was, but the lobby only had one other party there. My drink was prepared exactly as I requested. Seating area was a little stuffy, and bathroom appeared clean but had a sour smell.

It's a fast food style coffee shop. Clean, well lighted and devoid of any originality. Comfortable and non-threatening with excellent coffee and Chai beverages and good if mass produced looking pastries. This location has great service also which is not standard for Starbucks so you should be glad you're here instead of pretty much all of the Chicago locations I've been to
