ALL the McDonald’s employees on the night of Halloween 2019 at eight o’clock at this location had the doors locked with people in the lobby, refused us service ... not one person spoke to us other than saying the lobby is closed tonight early, they were all talking amongst themselves.. nothing stating that closure anywhere..!! Went there for the play area and heat was pumping so hot the kids literally couldn't go up and play on it. Felt like a sauna and frankly feels like it was done on purpose. Crazy how hot it was in there.
The staff was very friendly and was quick at getting the food out to us. The bathrooms were pretty clean and since it was so cold outside their bathrooms were super warm which was nice. Food tasted exactly like what you think it would. Make sure you use the app so you can save money when you use your points. Seemed to be a pretty decent McDonald's to me. However two complaints I had was we told them the tea was out they got us tea, but didn't change the one that was out there....read full review
