I definitely recommend the food is great! The staff however is constantly rude. The last 3 times we’ve been there we’ve had terrible experiences with the staff.
I had recently reserved a table for 14. The staff was helpful and accommodating! Day of I was also able to call in the food order before we arrived. It was a great location for a lunch gathering and food was delicious as always!

Monical's Pizza is a popular spot for delicious pizza, attracting customers who want to try their unique flavors. The restaurant offers gluten free all veggies pizza, which is highly recommended by diners. Despite being a bit pricey, loyal customers continue to visit for the exceptional taste and friendly atmosphere. The staff is generally friendly and smiling, with efforts clearly visible, and the restaurant provides easy wheelchair access. The General Manager, Roy, is appreciated for his excellent customer service and staff management. The environment is clean, and the back room is available for children's birthday parties. While the food quality remains high, some guests have experienced late orders or found the breadsticks less appealing than before. Overall, many enjoy the great people and tasty pizza, making it worth the drive for pizza lovers.
