The General Manager at this store is amazing.Roy is great with customer service and managing his staff. Corporate should know how fortunate they are to have him.
The pizza is always delicious.my favorite place to get pizza from. I will go out of my way to get some. We say pizza aty house it only means that we can go here. No other place tastes like this.
Very expensive compared to other pizza restaurants! So my wife and I live in Chillicothe and the Monicals pizza closed in our town, so we drive from Chillicothe to the Willow Knolls Monicals pizza location to get pizzas. I understand ingredients has gone up but it’s getting outrageous when it cost $24 for a medium thin crust pepperoni and sausage pizza! We love Monical’s‘s! And always have, considering we have been eating Monical’s’s for 40 years! Nothing like it! But I wish somebody could do something about the prices or offer specials or coupons? Other than that super nice restaurant extremely clean and friendly employees , so we will definitely keep coming! Coupons please!!
