McDonald's in Dubuque

“Hands down the best McDonald’s experience ever, and we’ve been to McDonald’s a million times. The lady manager with shorter hair was the sweetest McDonald’s employee we’ve ever encountered. She handled the rush with ease and made sure everyone was taken care of, taking orders and running food. The kitchen made the food so fast despite the rush. We have never been to this McDonald’s before but we will make the 20 min drive again, just to have this experience again.“

“I left my purse at my table and left. I called and Diego went and found it for me. I tried to give Diego a reward for finding my purse and he said that wasn't necessary. What a kind young man he is! Give that honest sincere young man a raise!!“

“I love taking my great-granddaughter to McDonald's breakfast near me every other morning of the week. She loves the breakfast burrito and I'm a fan of the McMuffin. I'm still trying to figure out the app on my phone.. it might be user-friendly but it's not senior citizen friendly.“

“Fast service was able to walk here after the Twilight Cruise from the Mississippi River. One issue there's train tracks between here and the river. I went to get breakfast here and a oil train over a mile long was stopped on the tracks couldn't get through. Asked local and they said the train could be there for hours. Didn't want to hop over a stopped train risk getting injured or it starting up and getting stuck on the wrong side of the tracks. So be aware if coming from that direction.“
