Share your opinion about McDonald's
Clean place. We placed an order at the kiosk using rewards points and the machine told us it went through. We wait 20 minutes and nothing so we ask about it. Short guy with black hair (manager I think) kept interrupting us asked us if it charged our card and was very condescending, not offering to help with the fact that our points in the app had been redeemed for the order and their machine told us the order had gone through. Never ended up getting our food.
Best McDonald's location in the area! Fast, fresh food, kind and efficient staff. Rarely visit McD's anymore but when I do, it has to be this one!
The crew for closing did an outstanding job I tip my hat to the service they provided specially after Burger King failed me by closing they store before time again thanks and god bless you two
