“This place has gotten its act together. It used to be very slow, but now it is average for a McDonald's. The employees seem to actually try. They also have better Christmas decorations inside the restaurant than I have at my house.Food is on par with McDonald's. They have gotten much faster. Gone are the days of waiting 30 minutes for a happy meal, and the restaurant is better for it. I avoided this place before because it was so slow and my kids always wanted to go here because it has a play place. I don't avoid it anymore.4 stars because while it has improved, it used to be terrible.Dietary restrictions: They are good about customizing orders. They have more keto friendly options than most restaurants.Parking: Lots of parking, but some of it is in an awkward spot where you need to pass through drive-thru trafficKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They are good about customizing their hamburger meal for my picky eaters. Never had a problem with them not making the burger the way I asked.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking spots, ramp, and women's bathroom.“
“I mean really, I think we all know, if you're at McDonald's you went there for one reason. Regardless of how McDonald's nutritionally stacks up, you're there for the flavor, so I think you have to give it a bare minimum I'm three stars (outside of your service experience) if you're honest with yourself about why you're in the Drive-Thru or at the order counter at any given moment?“
“Yesterday morning I ordered a caramel iced coffee on the app. No one was working the drive through window. I waited for awhile and still no service. I called in today and explained the situation to Natalie and she gave me a free coffee and a meal. Thank you Natalie for your great customer service!“
“This is the only 24/7 McDonald's in the area and it was a little confusing to try and navigate getting my order picked up as someone who delivers. However, it was just a quirk that was a product of the menus switching over to the breakfast menu. Other than that I'm usually pretty happy with the service and the order is ready for me to pickup when I arrive“
“My drive through order was correct and the person who took the order was nice. After I paid I was asked to pull into a stall and waited 15 mins for my food, that was not so great. It was 7:30 at night. Not a peak time.They have 4 or 5 waiting stalls. They were ALL full of people who went through the drive through. The McDonald's on 33rd isn't open but I find it hard to believe that's why they were so slow. There is another McDonald's much closer to the closed 33rd Ave one and it was busy but only took 5 mins to get me a similar order. Both visits were this week.The most important thing is my food was correct. But when it takes that long you get home and eat cold food. Not a great experience. I recommend any other location here locally.“
“Usually I don’t have issues with this place but the night shift was rude as heck. Told me I didn’t order what I ordered when I know what I ordered. Clearly someone pressed something wrong into their computers. I was nice about my order being wrong but ended up getting attitude and an eye roll from a young lady in a bonnet. None of this was my fault. Do better.“
