I was recently on a road trip driving through Cedar Rapids and decided to stop at this McDonald's. Right away, we noticed the dining area seemed very dirty, but we decided to order anyway.

Dirty!!!! I called the Linn County Health Department. Bathroom was disguising. The sink barely put out hot water. Floors were slimy and sticky. The kitchen area was a mess! McDonalds corporate needs to chat with the franchise owner. The staff refused to give me the franchise owners name and contact information.
I stopped by today because it was right next door to where I was getting fuel in my semi truck. I understand it's McDonald's, and I didn't expect 5 star service, but this experience was terrible. I made a mobile order in an attempt to speed up the encounter. I'm glad I did because once I was inside, not a single employee came to the counter for almost 10 minutes.
