Just went through the drive thru with my family of 4. All of our food was cold and old. All 4 fries were put in upside down and the sandwiches weren’t wrapped. Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant

Waited 15 for burnt fries, burgers made wrong, and missing items. The only part that was right was the drink, which was 2/3rds full. The staff was rude and didn’t even say a word to us after taking our order. Very disappointing after getting off a flight and just wanting to grab something quick.

My chicken sandwich was still raw, but i didn't go back because i knew id be there for 20 minutes to get a replacement. Shake machine was down, as usual at 5pm. They are always out of items but don't tell you until you have already paid and are waiting for your food. Mcdonalds is the worst at every location, not just this one so I should stop expecting chick fil a service, but come on. Just, the worst experiences everytime here.

Took over 20 minutes at this restaurant. Upon arrival I used the self checkout to order my meal only to find out the credit card reader was malfunctioning and it would not accept a card. I then used the machine beside it, and no receipt printed. The meal took over 17 minutes after my card being charged. About halfway through my order was put into "ready" status despite no food being available. All three garbage cans were overflowing with trash. The drink station was a complete mess with napkins, straws and a spilled drink all over the counter. While waiting, I the staff used the F word and N slur so many times, I lost count. This whole experience was a complete mess. This has to be one of the worst restaurants in the chain.
