I ordered food on line the pick up was at 5:10 it is now 6:00 and I’m still waiting. Every time I ask the 3 young ladies working the front area say they gone check and never come back and tell me anything. I ask if they was backed up one young lady said a little. It is not crowded in here so I don’t understand why it’s taking over a hour after pickup time to receive food. Update I received my food at 6:03 as soon as I complained to the manager my food was magically ready

I know it can be a hit or miss with Buffalo Wild Wings locations. However, this one was great. Our server was great. He was nice, attentive, and got our order perfect. We were barely into our 32-hour road trip, so being able to have a pleasant experience right before our drive was so nice. We hope to come back soon.
