Took 40 mins to get my food after it said to be ready at 704 left at 740 never ordering again employees were chating and eating while food wasn't getting served
The worst first impression and I won’t attempt to order from them again. I called in to place a take out order. I was put on hold twice. Thankfully the second time it was shorter than the first. Placed my order for a pizza and an appetizer, I was told 20 minutes for the food to be ready. I arrive just after the 20 minutes I was told for the pick up, I was told they didn’t put it in and it would be an additional 45 minutes before I would have anything. I had previously heard good things about them and to finally get a very poor experience from the jump makes it worse. Hopefully you the reader don’t get this issue like I did.
Went there tonight on a rare date night with the wife. We were both looking forward to trying a place we have never been and she was really excited about Manicotti on the menu. We ordered our food at 6:30, received a salad about 10 minutes later and then watched every table around us receive their main courses after they all ordered after us. Finally at 7:02, my wife goes up to ask what’s going on with our dinner and they have to check to see if it’s even going. She asks to make it a to go order since we had an event to go to, I intervene and mention that it’s been 30 minutes already, let’s just cancel it and move on. I quickly get attitude from a girl in the kitchen and am told it’s going to be another 7 minutes and she won’t cancel it. We ended up getting our food in a box and barely making our event on time but I’m now here writing this review 3 hours later eating what tastes like a microwaveable tv dinner while my wife is in a bad mood from not eating tonight. I feel bad for the young gentleman working the counter, running orders and cleaning the tables while the 5 people in the kitchen were just standing around not doing anything to help him or get food out in a decent time.

This pizza was awesome! Took a long time to come but it tasted delicious. Great crust and ingredients. Good amount of toppings. Very flavorful.
We place a pick up order even though it was ready being kept warm & not busy the staff decided to keep my Dad waiting 15 or 20 minutes until they were done chatting & socializing with each other before giving him the food. I suggest if others decide to do pick up here & don't want this treatment don't pay untill you get your food because this will give you the option to walk out.
If dinning in make sure first they will allow you to settle up the bill as soon as you get your meal because this Hopefully will give you the option to leave so your not at the mercy of the people who work here deciding to keep you here as long as they want until whenever they are done chatting with each other.
Lots of toppings on pizza and crust very tasty.
Ordered a pizza with extra cheese and garlic butter on the crust, yet I didn't get either.
Food was delicious, I had the Micah’s pizza and garlic knots.

I ordered the bruschetta and spaghetti w/ marinara. Both were awful, but we were headed to a show at The Mark and I had no other options. Bruschetta only tasted of garlic. Spaghetti sauce was just gross. Spaghetti was cooked perfectly. We sat outside at a very wobbly table. My husband originally ordered the wrong thing for me, but they fixed it. I wouldn’t return.
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a ramp.

Supreme pan pizza had a bit of toppings, but not much flavor. The outdoor tables had a nice view of the river. May try again, possibly the pasta.
