Went for dinner and sat at the bar. Honestly I thought the gentleman working the bar Mykhal was the manager because he was running his butt off delivering food to sections as well as drinks. There would occasionally be a different guy that would come up the bar and look at the score on the screen but never saw him do anything and wasn’t wearing a name tag. Didn’t figure out till the end that the guy doing nothing to help the overwhelmed staff was supposed to be the manager...
Stopped at this Applebee's on Elmore after a day of shopping. My steak was amazing so tender and flavorful! The service was great, manager even came out to ask us how everything was. Nice atmosphere at dinner time. My youngest daughter even asked if we can come back every weekend! Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
From the manager Josh, to my server/bartender Brianna including the kitchen staff who prepared my food, this was the best experience I could hope for. Brianna made sure my food was served exactly the way I asked. The kitchen staff prepared my food exactly the way I ordered it!
