This morning, before work, I ordered a Nutty Professor. As soon as I turned onto Harrison, I took a sip and realized that it wasn't hot at all. I was upset because I couldn't return it without being late for work.

I can’t speak on the service as I tried at a friends house. It was refreshing! But it breaks my heart to read about the pup cup(especially if they offered to pay)! I get they may not have a cup for this , But creativity is bliss. I listen to my dog because if a vets fatal mistake, if I had experienced the refusal of a pup cup I would have just left. Clearly not. Good business move people do live there animals and will move mountains for them. Maybe rethink this bad business choice. McDonald sell burgers at a lower cost for pups. I’m sorry for your loss

Atomic Coffee Bar to the owner-do better. If you can charge for light ice, extra whip, extra espresso, why can’t you let someone pay for a pup cup? Especially on their last day earth side. I’ve only spent money at your shops on a few occasions and annually for Christmas gift cards and let me tell you, not again. I’m sure losing my business won’t be noticed but I’m hopefully you’ll notice a change after this incident. More people love their pups than they do your drinks.

First time coming here and was very excited to try their drinks. The drive thru is horribly ran with zero direction of where the line starts. After we got through, we were told to go around. It is unfortunate after waiting forever to get a drink to be told to wait even longer. After reading reviews, it's very clear that this place has had numerous problems with unfriendly staff and charging an extra dollar for light ice (ridiculous). I've never seen a business charge extra for light ice. Save your money and go to a higher quality place like Awake Coffee!
