Every time I come to this atomic the drinks are always wrong, today she tells me she can only give me hot drinks in a 20oz and she gave me a 12oz and then gave me a blended drink that wasn’t asked to be blended.

The service has gotten better since a lot of their customer base has either found better, cheaper options or have just flat out gotten tired of waiting for them to figure out their service. If you go to this location expect a 20-40 minutes wait and still expect that they will ask for a tip.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes, which I don’t mind, I pulled up and asked for a large caramel cold brew with two shots of espresso, and the very nice young lady did not know how to ring that up and looks very confused and gave me some caramel espresso drink that is absolutely disgusting It’s so sweet that I dumped it out as soon as I got home I can’t drink it. I feel like a large caramel cold brew with two shots of espresso is pretty simple.

This morning, before work, I ordered a Nutty Professor. As soon as I turned onto Harrison, I took a sip and realized that it wasn't hot at all. I was upset because I couldn't return it without being late for work.
