My job ordered food and it was a like 15 of us long story short. I ordered chicken nuggets and the were so hard I couldn't even eat them. I called and made a complaint. Very easy, she apologized and told me she will right down my name so I could get another chicken nugget meal. Never one did this lady tell me I had 30 days to come back... 5 stars to one star 🙄

The food is great but you're way too pricey on most things especially convenience items.$10 - $11 bucks on DoorDash/GrubHub for 2 liter that is a little insane you need to cover your costs for delivering service fees another way. Work on your prices. Or you will be losing customers looks like there's already been plenty of people complaining about prices.

Kind of disappointed. Ordered jalapeño poppers and got a single jalapeño pepper. Miscommunication I guess. Then I put in the order they gave me in their online order and got $16.83 as a total but they charged me $18.45 in store??!! Not much but still very weird.

I love the food here, especially the fried okra. I have been coming to this location once a week for the past year and a half just for the okra, however the last two times I’ve gone the okra basket is much smaller but the same price and a bit different than usual. I love this spot and will continue to come in hopes things go back to normal. Please go back to normal…

How y’all open til 10pm but wont answer the phone after 9pm it’s not like it’s a eat in restaurant it’s all take out so why instead of waiting in the parking lot 15-20 mins cant I call ahead so i can pay grab my food and go smh

Authentic Fried Dinners!I love the vibe of this no-seating/take-out-only fry joint.Our meals were made to order and piping hot! We waiting no longer than 10 minutes for some fresh food.First was a white fish walleye sandwich. Flaky, delicious fish on a wonderful roll.Next was the 3-piece catfish platter. These were thicker catfish filets and took a minute to knock all 3 out. So good! Nice hearty corn meal breading, French fries and a biscuit.Finally, a 3-piece, dark meat chicken dinner. We cleared the bones on the chicken.Would like to come back and try wings, gizzards and some of the other offerings like the sausage sandwich and peach cobbler.Hey Big JJ's: where them collard greens at? I bet you would crush these!Great fry place in Davenport, IA!

This place is horrible. The customer service is beyond disrespectful. I asked for my meat on my gyro burger to be chopped up while making a pick up order. I was met with I can put it on the ticket but I can't promise you anything. I then replied if your unable to accommodate my request let me know, are you able to ask your cook. The lady hung up on me so I went in to try and place the same order but in person. I was met with more disrespect from the cashier saying it's Nothing she can do. I asked if I could talk to the cook and make my request in which she rolled her eyes and went and grabbed the cook. The cook ask me what was my request in which I said I want a double gyro burger with the gyro meat chopped up. They come in long strips I would like them cut into smaller pieces. The cook then ask why how will the sandwich stay together. Then was told NO , WE CANT DO THAT.I thought it was ok to ask for your food to be specialized if you are paying. I recommend they find new employees because the way I was treated was disgusting being that I work in the service industry. I won't be spending another penny in this place. A paying customer can't be accommodate by chopping up the big long chucks of gyro meat on a double gyro burger.The sad part is , I've made this request before and it was no issue.
