Ordered liver and gizzards requested no salt or seasonings. Got home only to see seasoning on my food. I called and informed them and I let the lady know that I took a picture. She was like just bring it back and we’ll give you a new order. I asked did they offer any incentives for the inconvenience she said “no we don’t offer anything to customers for our mistakes we just ask that you bring your food back”. Poor customer service will not be going back.

Ordered food from here and we know how jj’s tastes but the tastes was definitely a funny like,either freezer burned taste or bad old grease,we kept saying the food tastes weird each bite so we just thru it away!! Never will I order here again and made our stomachs queasy this morning and all!!!

My job ordered food and it was a like 15 of us long story short. I ordered chicken nuggets and the were so hard I couldn't even eat them. I called and made a complaint. Very easy, she apologized and told me she will right down my name so I could get another chicken nugget meal. Never one did this lady tell me I had 30 days to come back... 5 stars to one star 🙄

The food is great but you're way too pricey on most things especially convenience items.$10 - $11 bucks on DoorDash/GrubHub for 2 liter that is a little insane you need to cover your costs for delivering service fees another way. Work on your prices. Or you will be losing customers looks like there's already been plenty of people complaining about prices.

Garbage! This was the second time trying it because everyone says "it's the best" the food tasted like crap and I payed way to much for it. We will never be back

Kind of disappointed. Ordered jalapeño poppers and got a single jalapeño pepper. Miscommunication I guess. Then I put in the order they gave me in their online order and got $16.83 as a total but they charged me $18.45 in store??!! Not much but still very weird.
